Seck Ibrahima begins his kitchen career in 1990. He worked in some very well known restaurants such as “Da Beppe” in Staffoli (PI), 2 michelin stars, and the famous “El Bulli” in Roses (Spain), 3 michelin stars, ristorante a 3 stelle Michelin, with chef Ferran Adrià, and in many other famous restaurants collecting different appearances on the press and on television. His passion for cooking brings him to enrich his knowledge so he attends the “Lenotre Couisine et Patisserie” school in Paris.

His profound bound with Tuscany, brings to his dishes the typical flavors of this land through traditional recipes revisited with a vibrant and new twist.
